At That Life Original , we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such , we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. 

Damages and issues : in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if your receive the wrong item , please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right. 

False Chargebacks : please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
